PerformerZone initially offered three successful
Summer Schools of Musical Theatre from 2003 onwards - all presented at the
New Venture Theatre, Bedford Street, Brighton.
Ages of students ranged from 14 to 50 years old with very diverse levels of
experience. Summer workshops resulted in fully staged and choreographed
themed showcases - 'Into The Woods', 'Town and Country' and 'I Wanna Be Bad!'shows.html - which were specially contructed to
demonstrate and extend the talents of all the members who take part. We
always make sure that favourite musicals with dance routines and songs are
included to create an appealing show for all lovers of musical theatre.
Classes in all performing arts with West End professionals are combined with
workshops and rehearsals for a 10 day period, and an exciting feature has always
been a Celebrity Masterclass with a visiting West End Star from a current hit show.
